On-the-Day Wedding Coordination
This service can be booked as soon as you have found a venue, and paid your deposit.
It is a service aimed to alleviate all stress on your wedding day, allowing you total relaxation knowing everything is taken care of..
We will begin working with you to create a detailed schedule three months prior to your wedding day, thus ensuring a seamless transition of all finer details, and allowing us time to liaise with suppliers.
Included as part of the On-the-Day Wedding Planning package:
• Initial Discovery Call ( Prior to booking and is complimentary)
• A Comprehensive Review of Your Current Wedding Plan
• Regular Telephone Calls, Emails and Teams/Zoom
• A Full Wedding Day Timing Schedule
• Full Supplier Organisation and Coordination Prior to and On The Day
• Managing Venue Setup including Tablescapes & Relevant Styling
£1200 (fees will vary depending on location and time of year)
